Our Team
Aisha Al-Majed, M.A., CCC-SLP is a state licensed and ASHA certified speech and language pathologist with over 10 years of experience. Aisha earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Communication Sciences and Disorders program at the University of Florida. She served the pediatric population in Asheville, North Carolina for eight years, treating children with articulation, phonological, and language disorders. In addition, Aisha created a reading program that provided assessment, therapy, and resources to children, with dyslexia and other reading delays, and their families.
Rebecca Farver, M.S., CCC-SLP is a state licensed and ASHA certified speech-language pathologist. Rebecca earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Georgia and she earned her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorder from Armstrong State University. Rebecca has experience working with preschool, elementary, middle and high school aged clients. Rebecca is currently working full-time for Gwinnett County Public Schools.
Reneida Parker, M.Ed., CCC-SLP, is a state licensed and ASHA certified speech-language pathologist. Reneida earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Mercer University. She continued her education at Valdosta State University and earned her bachelor’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Master’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Reneida has experience working with children with Apraxia, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Language Disorders, and Articulation Disorders.
Tina is a certified and licensed speech-language pathologist with a Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology/Audiology and a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. She is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. She has experience working with children and adults in various communication disorders, which include articulation, language, fluency, voice, swallowing, cognition, etc. based on developmental and acquired (e.g. CVA, TBI, dementia, etc.) disorders.
Wesley Bennick, M.B.A, is the office manager for EBS Children’s Therapy! She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of North Georgia and obtained her Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare Management from Brenau University. Wesley has a background in healthcare management with specialty practices serving clients in chiropractic, physical therapy, mental health, and behavioral health disciplines. Her experience includes all office administrative tasks including insurance verification, billing, and claims resolutions.
Nicole Patterson, MSOT OTR/L is a state licensed, NBCOT certified occupational therapist. She graduated with her undergraduate degree from University of North Georgia in Kinesiology and her masters in Occupational Therapy from Brenau University. Nicole has experience working with children with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, and emotional regulation disorders. Nicole also has experience working under a Certified Hand Therapist as well as leading an adult day program for those with intellectual disabilities.
